WRESTLERS HAVE A GROUP PICTURE TOMORROW AT 8AM

SHOW CHOIR AND JAZZ BAND WILL PERFORM FOR EEMS TOMORROW – Our Jazz Band and Show Choir will perform for K-8 students at 1:10 tomorrow afternoon.
ACTIVITY NIGHT IS THIS FRIDAY – This Friday is the next Activity Night. 4-6PM for grade 5 with a $3 entry fee. 6:30-9PM for grades 6-8 with a $5 entry fee. Students from other towns in grades 6-8 may attend.
NO GARDEN/COOKING CLUB ON FRIDAY – Ms. Pezzullo will be at a training on Friday, which means there is no Garden/Cooking Club this Friday.
BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TRYOUTS CONTINUE TODAY.

Wednesday & Thursday: Baseball from 3-5 p.m./Softball from 5-7 p.m.
AUDITIONS FOR THE SPRING PLAY ARE TODAY AND THURSDAY – Auditions for the spring play take place today and tomorrow, April 5 and 6.
NO GRADE 8 FIELD TRIP TO THE PUBLIC LIBRARY TODAY – Grade 8 will not be heading to the Ellsworth Public Library to meet Jennifer Ricard Jacobson the author of “Paper Things”, which the students are currently reading. Due to today's delay, the author is visiting us at EEMS.
YEARBOOK PRE-ORDERS – Pre orders for the EEMS Yearbook are done online between now and April 10. The cost is $23. Here is the site and the code number you need to place your order:

8TH GRADE BALLOTS FOR END OF YEAR ITEMS – 8th grade reps should hand out, collect, and tally the end-of-year ballots that your teachers have. This will help decide what your t-shirts and dance theme will be. I need one ballot back from each homeroom with your grand totals on it.
SPRING SPORTS PARENT NIGHT - Monday, April 10 @ 6 p.m. in the middle school gym.
STATE ACTING/SINGING COMPETITION AT EEMS - On Saturday, May 6th, EEMS is hosting the Maine Student Acting Competition. Would you be interested in competing against other middle school students in various acting and singing categories? There will also be improv and theater workshops.
Preparing for the competition will not get in the way of the spring play. Interested? Please contact Mr. Stephenson in the 7th grade wing as soon as possible.
