TODAY IS “ELLSWORTH PRIDE” SPIRIT DAY – Thanks to all of those students and staff members who are showing school spirit by wearing Ellsworth attire today.

 

BOOK WINNERS! – These middle school students won books at the Book Fair and should see Mrs. Reid in the library to get them: Jesse Campbell, Chance Mercier, Gavin Wood, and Jaiden Scott.

 

  1. VANIDISTINE IS OUT TODAY – Ms. Vanidestine is out today, so please don’t come up to her room if you were scheduled to do so.

 

8TH GRADE REPS MEET TODAY – Mr. Newett would like to meet with grade 8 reps during the reward block this afternoon. Please meet in the office conference room.

 

RAWLINGS BASEBALL GLOVE FOUND – A baseball team member mistakenly took a dark brown Rawlings baseball glove home last night. He’s returned it and the owner should pick it up in the office.

 

 

SPRING PLAY PARENTS’ MEETING -   There will be a meeting for parents of Drama Club members who are in the spring play on the Monday, April 24, the day we return from vacation. The meeting is at 5:30PM.

 

LOOKING AHEAD TO WEEK AFTER VACATION – The week we return from vacation, grade 5 and grade 8 students will take part in the MEA for science.

Also, there will be an activity night at EHS the Friday we return from vacation.

VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS SCHOLARSHIPS - Our VPA Boosters group is offering a scholarship for lessons and summer camps in the visual and performing arts.  Applications are available from your music and art teachers.  Applications must be completed and turned in to Mrs. Ramey by April 30.

 

NEW DATE FOR GRADUATION AND 8TH GRADE CLASS TRIP – 8th grade graduation has been moved to Thursday, June 15 to be followed by the class trip to New Hampshire on Friday, June 16. June 16 was the only Friday we could get Cyr buses, and we want to go on Friday because that is the one day that Canobie Lake Park has later operating hours.
