Morning Announcements – Tuesday, September 26, 2017

 

  1. Our final COOP Day for our fundraiser is this Friday, which is the day your order forms and money is due. Please bring your coupon and order forms to the main lobby on Friday morning after bus room, please.

 

  1. Soccer Team Pictures Today – Soccer Team pictures for all four teams take place today after school. Pick up for all teams is at 4:30 today at Wilson Field.

 

  1. Cross-Country Team Pictures – Cross Country team pictures will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 27, at EEMS during practice. Flyers have been handed out for ordering.

 

  1. The order has been changed for this Wednesday’s home and away soccer games with Bucksport. Varsity will now be playing first and the JV will be playing the second game. 

 

  1. This Friday we will have our first Spirit Day of the year. It will be crazy socks day. Go crazy!!!

 

  1. The late bus that departs EEMS at 4PM will begin taking students home beginning next Monday, October 2. This will allow students who need to stay after the opportunity to do so without needing a ride from home.

 

  1. Happy Birthday Wishes – Happy Birthday wishes for this week go out to Jarllee Donovan, Gabe Cote, Kelsie Lambert, Cassidy Rock, Connor Wight, Hayden Hardison, Elayna Ray, Naomi Burmeister, and Astrid Croll. Three birthdays were missed last week belonged to Samantha Campbell, Mya Culshaw, and Ashley Novak. Happy belated birthdays to all of you.

 

  1. Cross-Country Report – from Coach Dyer. Outstanding job done last night by the cross-country team at the Parker Pruett Invitational Meet. There were 19 school competing and over 160 runners in each race. Both our girls and boys teams finished third. In the girls’ race, Caroline Mazgaj finished 7th. Abby Young, Elizabeth Ford, Kayla Plaisted, Haley Doyan, and Natalie Dorr flew through the finish line.

 

Our boys had three runners in the top ten with Logan MacGowan in third, Matt Cormier in 6th, and Alex Dewitt in 10th. Alex Boudreau, Griffin Merrill, and Andy Young are just a few who finished in the top 50. Nice work to everyone!

 

Please remember your uniforms for picture day tomorrow. The last home meet is this Thursday. Boys run first at 4:15.
