November Calendar
Food Drive – “Hands Across Ellsworth” – EEMS, K-8, is collecting non-perishable food items through November 15 as part of our annual “Hands Across Ellsworth” event. The food collected gets donated to the Emmaus center, and students will help deliver it to the Emmaus center van by passing the food from hand to hand from the collection boxes. Thanks for giving!
Stars for Veterans – Students, K-8, have been sent home with yellow paper to label with the name of a family member and branch in which he/she served in the armed forces. Students will cut out the paper in the shape of a star and put their veteran’s star up on the glass wall in the cafeteria. We want to fill the wall to recognize and honor the veterans we know.
