Attention parents and students of ESD
There are a few changes to our bus run schedule for Monday 3/8.
Monday 3/5--Bus 17 will pick up bus 17 students 5 to 10 minutes early. This will afford the opportunity for the bus 7 students to be picked up by bus 17 only 5 to 10 minutes later than normal.Bus 17 students that live in Woodland Acres will be picked up by bus 4 in the morning and need to be ready to board the bus by 6:50 am. These students will be dropped off on the pm run by bus 13.
Bus 4 students will be picked up 5 to 10 minutes early. This will afford the opportunity for bus 1 students to be picked up by bus 4 5 to 10 minutes later than normal.
Bus 8 and 9 students will be picked up in one run by bus 9. This will make the pickup of bus 8 students between 5 and 10 minutes later than normal.
Those students that go to the Beechland Y will be picked up and dropped off by bus #2 on the first run. This may be a difference of up to 5 minutes from their normal times.
All other busses will have their normal runs.
Please be aware that, while this notice has specific bus numbers, there is a slight chance that a different bus will stop to pick or drop off students.
Thank you all again for your patience as we work through this process. It has not gone unnoticed.
We will make another announcement Monday afternoon for the rest of the week's bus schedule.
If you have any questions please email twood@ellsworthschools.org or call the bus garage at 412-0280.
Attention Bus #7 students and parents
As a reminder, 3/5 (today) bus 7 students will be dropped off later than usual. As always, thank you for patience as we work through the driver shortage.
EEMS Wrestling Announcement
Wrestling (for grades 5-8) will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 5-6 in the MS Gym starting this coming Monday 3/8, for conditioning only. It will be for both cohorts, fully remote and homeschooled students. We will have conditioning twice a week (Monday and Thursday) until March 25th. (Total of 6 times).
At the end of each school day, wrestling students (on site) will be asked to leave school grounds (go home by parent, walk or bus) and come back for the conditioning at 4:50pm for the 5pm start. Off cohort students, fully remote and homeschooled students should also be dropped off at 4:50pm.
Coach Horne will have permission slips for the kids to bring home Monday evening. We will need these signed and returned by Thursday's conditioning practice.
If you have any questions please email twood@ellsworthschools.org
This evening's Board workshop has been cancelled. There is no make up date.
Attention Bus 7 & Bus 8 students and parents:
Due to a shortage of bus drivers--students from bus 7 and bus 8 will be on second runs this afternoon 2/23.
They should be dropped off 15 to 20 minutes later than usual.
Thank you for your patience and understanding
